8. After each picture is correctly cropped, click the Add to Order button.
9. Use the Review Order button to see the pictures you’ve included in your order.
10. Double-click the Back button on the bottom of the Review Order window to re-edit your pictures.
11. When you’re satisfied with your order, click the Complete Order button.
12. Follow the prompts. You may upload your order to us over the Internet…or save your order on your desktop and then burn it to a CD, which you can bring in or mail into our laboratory. (A copy of your order will be saved by ROES, which you can access by clicking on the Open and Save button on the main ROES page, followed by Show Queued Orders from the drop-down menu.)
Tip: Your sent files in the Open and Save window may be hidden beneath the Settings, Send All and Close windows. If your previous orders are not visible, just click on the • in the center and drag it upwards. Then, you can either queue your order or re-open it as a new order.
Unless you are picking up at our laboratory (or have a credit card on file with us) you will need to insert a credit card number for payment.
Package Print Customers: Note that if you change catalogs (i.e. go from the Package Prints catalog to individual print sizes in other catalogs) you take the chance of having your pictures receive different color corrections for the same images. So, switching to individual print catalogs is not recommended because the colors of your prints will probably not match the colors on your package prints. So, your best bet is to order all package prints from the Package Print catalog. Please do not order “remnant” sizes from other catalogs.
